It is important to be mindful of the StudentLiving House Rules which are designed to create a harmonious, respectful and safe community which allow individual’s the opportunity to achieve their professional and personal goals as well as discover roles for responsible citizenship and independence.
The Lessee’s shall use and enjoy the common property in such a manner as not unreasonably to interfere with the use and enjoyment thereof by other persons on the premises.

General
The provisions of these House Rules shall be binding on the Lessee’s of any section, and it shall be the duty of the Lessee’s to ensure compliance with the rules, including employees, guests and any member of the Lessee’s family.
