The StudentLiving Allocation Policy is on a first come, first serve basis.

The Deposit as well as first month’s rental will need to be paid in full as well as The Residential and Services Agreement signed before your room / apartment is confirmed.

Resident’s who currently stay in the building will be given priority to stay for the following year – these resident’s will be given up till the 1st of November to confirm their spot for the following year.

Current residents with repeated transgressions of the StudentLiving House Rules or current residents who are not in good standing, will not be able to stay at StudentLiving for the following year.

once The Residential and Services Agreement has been signed in full and the Deposit and first month’s Rental has been paid, will StudentLiving confirm your spot.
